Most remanufacturers reuse parts that you thought you were getting new. Like pistons and lifters. Not to mention all the corners cut in the machining processes. We take the time to show you what we do, so you can understand and appreciate what a great engine build takes. We aren’t the cheapest, and you can’t afford for us to be. We wouldn’t want to compromise the quality you deserve. >6.7L Long Block Daily Driver – Powerstroke Ford Diesel Engine Includes: 2011-2012 6.7 Powerstrokes Come stock from Ford with a 8-bolt flexplate and torque converter that are no longer manufactured. All 6.7 Powerstroke balanced assemblies from Choate Engineering come with the updated 6-bolt flexplate from 2013+ and require the customer to update the torque converter or purchase one from us directly. 2017+ 6.7 Powerstrokes have a larger Hole Diameter for the motor mounts and bolts. This build Includes:

  • Our Built-In-House Heads
  • Magnuflux and Pressure Test Heads
  • Upgraded Intake Valves
  • Upgraded Exhaust Valves
  • All New Valve Guides
  • New Valve Seals
  • New Freeze Plugs
  • Head Studs
  • Full CNC blue print machining, (bore, deck, hone and line honed)
  • The Cylinder bores are blue print bored to a true 90 degrees from the crankshaft center line, prior to being diamond honed to within .0002 inch for precise piston to cylinder bore clearances.
  • The cylinders are bored 90 degrees over the crankshaft.
  • The piston diameter measured to the nearest .0001 inch matched to cylinder bores.
  • The Cylinder block is surfaced to a finish of RA30 or lower, which meets the factory specification in both flatness and smoothness for the block to head sealing surface.
  • This is mandatory for proper sealing of a MLS Gasket.
