We wouldn’t want to compromise the quality you deserve. >6.7L Long Block Daily Driver – Powerstroke Ford Diesel Engine Includes: 2011-2012 6.7 Powerstrokes Come stock from Ford with a 8-bolt flexplate and torque converter that are no longer manufactured. All 6.7 Powerstroke balanced assemblies from Choate Engineering come with the updated 6-bolt flexplate from 2013+ and require the customer to update the torque converter or purchase one from us directly. 2017+ 6.7 Powerstrokes have a larger Hole Diameter for the motor mounts and bolts. This build Includes:

• Our Built-In-House Heads
• Magnuflux and Pressure Test Heads
• Upgraded Intake Valves
• Upgraded Exhaust Valves
• All New Valve Guides
• New Valve Seals
• New Freeze Plugs
• Head Studs
• Full CNC blue print machining, (bore, deck, hone and line honed)
• The Cylinder bores are blue print bored to a true 90 degrees from the crankshaft center line, prior to being diamond honed to within .0002 inch for precise piston to cylinder bore clearances.
• The cylinders are bored 90 degrees over the crankshaft.
• The piston diameter measured to the nearest .0001 inch matched to cylinder bores.
• The Cylinder block is surfaced to a finish of RA30 or lower, which meets the factory specification in both flatness and smoothness for the block to head sealing surface.
• This is mandatory for proper sealing of a MLS Gasket.
